Yes, in most cases. Once the design has been approved and the project is underway, the build is carried out in stages, giving you flexibility to make changes as work progresses. As long as a particular area has not yet been started, revisions can often be accommodated. In fact, as the project evolves, we may even recommend refinements or enhancements where we identify new opportunities to further improve the final result. All changes are subject to our terms and conditions, and any impact on costs or programme will be discussed and agreed in advance.
